A formal SMS governs hazard reporting, risk assessment, and corrective action — the same framework used by major airlines.
Daily Pre-Flight & Squawk Protocol
Aircraft are grounded immediately on any squawk. No aircraft returns to service without a mechanic sign-off — no exceptions.
Weather Minimums Policy
We train to conservative personal minimums above regulatory VFR/IFR floors, and move lessons to the simulator when conditions deteriorate.
